Your results are in!

Your impact archetype is the Nurturer!

Your big goal is to empower others as you strike a healthy balance of taking care of yourself.

Mantra: Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.
- Mother Teresa

As a Nurturer, you keep wellbeing top of mind. People know you to be a great listener and to show your love through acts of service. You take good care of others as a great example of servant leadership–lending a hand when necessary and doing your best to make sure no one feels left behind. People rely on you because you’re good at taking ownership of whatever’s thrown at you and you always find ways to support people in doing and being their best.

At your best, you are a wellness champion and a highly admired leader.

You recognize potential in everyone you come across, affirm their gifts, and empower them to do their best work. You set healthy boundaries and aim to balance your needs with that of others. You know that it’s okay to take care of yourself too, and you model this for those around you.

Personable

Nurturers are generous with their time and do not hesitate to show kindness towards others. With your ability to empathize, people around you feel seen and heard. However, because you are often looking to help others, you may find yourself neglecting your own self-care.

Remember that you do not need to be a martyr to be appreciated. You are worthy of success that centers your own wellbeing.

Want to maximize your impact as a Nurturer?

Here’s what you do:

  1. Be on the lookout for burnout.

    • Your generosity and consideration is part of your healing and kind nature that attracts people and projects that need your perspective. Under stress, you may find yourself neglecting your needs, displacing conflict, or find that others are noticing behavioral changes in you.

  2. Manage your energy.

    • As a Nurturer, it’s imperative that you strike a healthy balance and prioritize your own wellbeing.  Be sure to recalibrate and rest often.

  3. Reconnect with yourself and your core values.

    • As a Nurturer, you have an awareness of what’s important to you in most environments and relationships. You know what you like to do and how much “free time” you need on your calendar to show up as your best. You will benefit strongly from setting and enforcing boundaries that honor your self awareness.

  4. Ask for help.

    • You’re a go-to support person for friends and colleagues, but be sure to identify and communicate your own needs and desires, too.

  5. Plan self care.

    • Your self care is ideally part of your lifestyle, but start by building routines and rituals that fill you up. Be sure to also stretch yourself to do something more indulgent or luxurious from time to time as well.

  6. Celebrate the small victories.

    • You are more of a role model than you probably realize. People look up to you in how well you take care of yourself and advocate for the things that really matter in a way that is so natural to you. That is something to celebrate! Take stock of small victories like receiving kind thank you notes, practicing upholding boundaries, & recognizing people in your life becoming more empowered.
